AmeriCorps Governor Kulongoski and the 2007 Oregon
Legislature
passed legislation that authorized OSAC
to establish ASPIRE to provide information about
financial aid and education and training options
beyond high school to students in Oregon secondary
schools. General Funds were also allocated to OSAC

TG TG Public Benefit Program assists nonprofit
organizations and higher education institutions to
address issues of college access and success for
the students and families they serve.
OCF Logo The Oregon Community Foundation works with individuals, families, businesses and organizations to create charitable funds to support the community causes they care about. Through these funds OCF awards more than $60 million annually in grants and scholarships. www.oregoncr.org
