If I'm Awarded

  1. Log in to your OSAC account online to accept/decline your scholarship award. If you forget your User Name or password, go to the Login page and click the "Forgot User name..." button.
  2. Review your important information. Once your application is submitted, changes are limited to the following items, which you can change by completing the update form in your OSAC account online. These items include college choice, college major, and personal contact information (name, address, e-mail address, and phone number).
  3. You must be enrolled full time as defined by your college — usually 12 credits — unless a particular scholarship specifies otherwise.
  4. You must make satisfactory academic progress according to your school’s policies for students receiving federal Title IV aid.
  5. You can use your award(s) only at U.S. institutions eligible to participate in Title IV federal student aid programs (U.S. military academies are not eligible).
  6. You must use your award(s) only for educationally related expenses as determined by your college—tuition/fees, room/board, books/supplies, transportation, child care when specified.
  7. You are granted your scholarship(s) for an entire academic year; if you attend less than a full academic year, your award amount(s) may be prorated.
  8. You should write a thank you letter to the donor of your scholarship award, at the address on your award letter. Or, you can send it in care of OSAC, 1500 Valley River Dr. Suite 100, Eugene OR 97401.
