Complete the ORSAA as soon as possible after October 1 each year, only if you are a DACA student or an undocumented student. The ORSAA gives eligible undocumented students the ability to apply for the
Oregon Opportunity Grant, the Oregon Promise Grant, and certain

The ORSAA is used exclusively by the state of Oregon, not the Federal government. The ORSAA is NOT a tool that is used to identify or deport undocumented individuals.
