Reporting and Surveys

You are required to file your progress report by January 15 and May 15 of each year. These reports are submitted through the OSAC Partner Portal (if you don't know your login information, contact your Access Specialist).

Participation Lists must be submitted by May 15 each year. These reports are submitted through the OSAC Partner Portal (if you don't know your login information, contact your Access Specialist).

Participation lists must be submitted as .csv files. If your report is currently in an Excel workbook file (.xlsx or similar), you can convert it to a .csv file using Excel's Save As function, and then selecting CSV from the drop-down of file types.

Surveys are the primary way that ASPIRE gets feedback. Staff compiles and analyzes the data from the surveys to measure program outcomes at individual sites and as a group.

Students, volunteers, and coordinators are required to complete a survey each year by May 15th.
