At the end of the academic year, the administrator, coordinator, or business office staff will complete a form verifying that the Partnership Grant was used to pay the salary and benefits of the site coordinator.
Any cost savings generated as a result of the grant may be used at the site's discretion to support the ASPIRE program and other career and college readiness activities and services.
Any unused Partnership Grant funds may be carried over and used in future years.

The Career and College Inventory Tool is a resource ASPIRE coordinators can use to develop intentional career and college readiness programming and support for students. ASPIRE Coordinators must work to build a strong career and college ready culture. Collaboration with administration and site staff is essential to help support students and their future goals.
When planning and promoting career and college activities and events, please make sure to include ASPIRE Logos in your promotional materials, posters and emails. We also encourage you to include an ASPIRE Logo in your Email signature to promote more staff, students, community, and parent/caregivers awareness of the ASPIRE program at your site.
